Are you passionate about getting the details right, streamlining processes, and supporting a great employee experience from start to finish? We're looking for a proactive and organised HR Coordinator to join our People & Culture team and support the full employee life cycle across our 45 early learning centres.
About the Role:
As our HR Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering smooth, efficient, and compliant HR operations. From managing onboarding and offboarding, to keeping our systems up-to-date and supporting HR projects, you’ll be at the heart of our day-to-day HR function.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing contracts, system access and documentation for new hires and exiting employees
Administering our HRIS (Employment Hero), onboarding platforms, and compliance documentation
Maintaining accurate HR data, managing audit processes and award compliance
Supporting project tracking and workflow optimisation using Monday.com and JotForm platforms
Being the first point of contact for HRIS and contract-related queries
Supporting HR initiatives and cross-functional projects that align with our broader business goals
About you:
Proven HR experience, ideally in a childcare, education, or regulated industry
Hands-on experience with HR tech (especially Employment Hero, Monday.com, JotForm)
Strong understanding of the Fair Work Act and relevant awards
Excellent organisation and time management across multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication,
Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
Familiarity with workers’ compensation reporting and employee relations
Experience streamlining workflows and using automation tools – highly desirable
