We are seeking a passionate and experienced OSHC Coordinator to lead our vibrant Out of School Hours Care and Vacation Care programs for a 12-month maternity leave contract (full-time). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a heart for children’s ministry and proven leadership in OSHC settings.

Your Role
You’ll oversee the daily running of the service, leading a dedicated team of educators while delivering programs that are fun, engaging, and aligned with the My Time, Our Place framework. As Co-ordinator, you’ll uphold our commitment to excellence and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of educators with professionalism and encouragement
  • Plan and oversee educational programs that support children’s development
  • Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework, OSHC regulations and Policies
  • Foster strong, respectful partnerships with families and staff
  • Uphold our Christian ethos in every aspect of your leadership


Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an OSHC Co-ordinator or equivalent leadership role
  • Current Blue Card
  • First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management Certificates
  • Accredited Child Protection Training
  • Hold a Child-related qualification, Diploma in Children’s Services (Out of Hours Care) or an ACECQA Approved Qualification
  • Strong understanding of the My Time, Our Place framework and NQF standards
