The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role will work collaboratively across teams to implement marketing strategies that align with Home Health’s objectives

Our Opportunity:
The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role will work collaboratively across teams to implement marketing strategies that align with Home Health’s objectives
Accountabilities include:
- Assisting in the execution and analysis of marketing campaigns and initiatives across digital, print and other channels.
- Coordinating the production of marketing and BD materials with marketing vendors including designers, printers, digital and media.
- Supporting the coordination of key events, expos and sponsorships
- Supporting database management activities.
- Facilitating the production of content by acting as the liaison between production partner and customer.
- Management of collateral warehousing and system dispatch.
- Conducting market research and competitor intel to identify trends, changes in landscape and opportunities.
- Supporting the tracking, measurement and performance of marketing initiatives.
- Assisting in managing budgets, invoices and marketing administration tasks.
- Partnering and collaborating across functions to deliver on key initiatives and drive customer obsession.
- Building trusted partnerships with key stakeholders
About You:
To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate the following capabilities / experience:
- Experience in a B2C marketing role supporting delivery of marketing activity across ATL media channels, digital and events.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and hands on experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
- A strong understanding of marketing concepts, strategies and tactics
- Assisting in budget tracking and invoice management
- The ability to coordinate multiple activities, meet deadlines and ensure smooth execution
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder relationship management skills
