The Opportunity
As an Account Executive you play a vital role in the team, providing support to the broader team across all facets of planning management, building strong and professional relationships with clients, managing all types of requests in a timely manner as well as operating in a team first capacity.
You will be taught, via internal and on the job training, to be an expert in digital and traditional media channels. You will interact with clients and media owners and take on increasing responsibility for planning and non-TV buying responsibilities. We want you to have confidence, be brave and to give your opinion willingly and frequently.
Every single task conducted needs to be completed with accuracy, high levels of attention to detail and with collaboration at the forefront. However, with at least one year's experience you will now be taking ownership of tasks, be liaising actively with clients, media owners and the various divisions within Hearts & Science and the SBUs
Day to day responsibilities
- Client Management: Understanding the business dynamics of the categories in which your client operates. Demonstrate creativity and active participation in workshops and brainstorming. Ensure client expectations are met.
- Stakeholder Management (Internal and external): Build and develop key relationships through active networking and internal teams
- Team Management: Empower and guide assistants within the team, ensuring agency processes are understood
- Campaign Management: Monitor campaign delivery and create media plan recommendations and alternatives. Produce post campaign analysis and manage the query process. Ensure monthly finance process is completed accurately.

- Prior experience in media and client management
- Good planning capabilities and understanding of media principles
- Good communication and presentation skills
