About The Role
We are seeking experienced Planners / Master Data Specialists to support the alignment and update of our overhaul preventative maintenance (PM) strategies. Following a period of disruption and rescheduling, our overhaul plans and PM data no longer reflect the current operating reality. We’re now focused on bringing our plans back into alignment with actual overhaul schedules and capturing accurate data to ensure we’re not rebuilding plans from scratch every cycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Align existing PMs to the revised overhaul schedule.
- Update maintenance items with actual materials used from previous overhauls.
- Analyse and input actual hours from past overhauls.
- Review and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) for overhaul tasks.
- Attach relevant work packs, procedures, and documents to overhaul work orders.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure accurate, sustainable PM structures in SAP.
To be considered for current and future Maintenance Planning positions, we are looking for the following skills:
- Strong background in SAP PM and maintenance master data management.
- Previous experience in maintenance planning and overhaul scheduling, preferably in power generation, mining, or heavy industry.
- Proven ability to update and maintain maintenance items, task lists, BOMs, and work order documentation in SAP.
- Ability to analyse historical data (e.g. hours, materials) and apply findings to current PM structures.
- High attention to detail with a process improvement mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a project-focused team.
- Knowledge of overhaul documentation and workflows is highly advantageous.
