Sharp and Carter are excited to be representing a well-established, purpose driven organisation undertaking a significant business transformation to uplift customer experience through a multiyear, enterprise-wide transformation program. This role is part of the Commercial & Investments department, which is driving strategic growth through innovation, diversification and enhanced value delivery across the organisation.

The department consists of diverse teams that are harnessing technology and data to reshape customer experiences and explore new value enhancing opportunities.

As the Senior Change Manager, you will play a critical leadership role within the Transformation Management Office (TMO), driving change strategy and execution across a broad range of workstreams including commercial operations, marketing, technology, and customer engagement. This is a unique opportunity to shape how a large-scale Business Transformation is adopted and embedded across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end to end design and delivery of change strategies, plans and activities to support successful transformation outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Director and stakeholders to align change management efforts with broader program goals.
  • Conduct impact assessments and business readiness planning to support a smooth transition to future state operations.
  • Develop and deliver engaging communications, change materials, and training that support adoption and minimise resistance.
  • Coach leaders, executives and managers through the change process, building internal capability across teams.
  • Proactively identify, evaluate, and mitigate change risks and resistance, ensuring effective change journeys across all impacted areas.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement across all levels to ensure alignment, commitment, and understanding throughout the transformation lifecycle.
  • Perform periodic ‘pulse checks’, develop feedback loops as required to gain sentiment around the project and determine if further change management actions are required to address areas of concern and establish a focus on continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

  • Extensive experience in change management, with a strong track record supporting complex digital or enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Psychology or a related field (essential).
  • Proven ability to influence, engage, and coach senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills written, verbal, and visual with the ability to simplify complexity.
  • Experience using enterprise change frameworks and tools (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR).
  • Knowledge of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Prince2) and tools such as Microsoft Office, Confluence, Teams, etc.
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and formal change management qualifications (highly desirable).
  • Experience working in a B2C environment highly regarded.
