We are interested in hearing from people who have:
- 5+ years restructuring and insolvency experience either from an advisory or contentious law firm practice.
- Ability to draft and review transactional legal documentation and agreements.
- Leading effective negotiations with counterparts.
- Building relationships with clients, understanding their needs and how to meet them.
- A commercial approach and an ability to articulate and negotiate effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills.
