What We Do…
We’re people who love technology but know that hoteliers just want things to be simple. So since 2006 we’ve been constantly innovating our world-leading hotel commerce platform to help accommodation owners find and book more guests online - quickly and simply.
We’ve helped everyone from boutique hotels to big chains, enabling travellers to book igloos, cabins, castles, holiday parks, campsites, pubs, resorts, Airbnbs, and everything in between.
And today, we’re the world’s leading open hotel commerce platform, supporting 47,000 hotels in 150 countries - with over 125 million reservations processed by SiteMinder’s technology every year.
About The Product Designer Role...
SiteMinder’s Experience Design team is on a quest to make every hotelier’s job easier and their business more profitable. To help us get there, we’re hiring a Product Designer who specialises in UX and UI design, to join our team working on our hotel management system product. If you love problem solving, human centred design and technology, keep reading!
Working with a tight-knit product team, this role will play an integral part in improving and defining features that allow our large hotel chain customers to manage multiple properties. Your UX goal is to improve our customer’s business efficiency and revenue outcomes with simple, smart flows that ensure hoteliers spend less time with our software and more time optimising their guests' experience at their property.
What You Will Do...
When you apply, please tell us the pronouns you use and any adjustments you may need during the interview process. We encourage people from underrepresented groups to apply.
