The Role: Drive Growth Through Strategic Leadership:
You'll take ownership of client success by developing and executing comprehensive e-commerce strategies across paid media (Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok), email/SMS marketing, and conversion optimisation.
Leading Your Specialist Team:
- Project Manager
- Media Buyers (Meta/Social & Google)
- Email Marketing Specialist Copywriter
- Designer / Video Editor
- Web Designer / Developer
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Ownership: Develop and execute growth strategies that deliver measurable results
- Performance Analytics: Monitor key metrics across all channels to identify opportunities and guide strategic decisions, providing regular insights and reporting to team and clients
- Quality Assurance: Review and elevate all marketing deliverables (ads, emails, landing pages) to our premium standards
- Team Oversight & Support: Keep your team aligned and supported through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and strategic feedback that lifts the standard of execution
- Client Collaboration: Lead strategic calls, share clear insights, and build trusted relationships with business owners who value your expertise.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in e-commerce digital marketing strategy
- Hands-on expertise across Meta/Facebook Ads, Google Ads, email marketing & CRO
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth for e-commerce brands
- Strong copywriting and creative strategy skills with ability to provide expert feedback
- Leadership experience managing marketing specialists
- Australian-based with availability during AEST business hours
What You'll Get:
- $120,000–$150,000 FTE (plus super), pro-rata to part-time hours with potential bonus for exceptional results, to be discussed and tailored with the successful candidate
- We’re flexible: This role can be structured as either part-time employment (with entitlements) or as a contractor engagement (ABN required), based on your preference
- 15-20 hours/week initially with growth potential
