As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will oversee the desktop and technical support functions for WCS Sydney and Villawood, ensuring seamless IT operations across both sites.
This role involves the direct management and support of desktop environments, contribution to IT project management, and oversight of ticketing and asset management processes in alignment with GIT protocols, and in collaboration with the IT Admin and IT Manager.

As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will oversee the desktop and technical support functions for WCS Sydney and Villawood, ensuring seamless IT operations across both sites.
This role involves the direct management and support of desktop environments, contribution to IT project management, and oversight of ticketing and asset management processes in alignment with GIT protocols, and in collaboration with the IT Admin and IT Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage desktop and end user technical support for multiple sites
- Provide foundational support for Mac OS, networking, and basic server management
- Support desktop management initiatives and IT project tasks
- Administer and maintain ticketing and asset management processes according to GIT procedures
- Deliver fundamental troubleshooting for LAN and wireless networks
- Assist with management of mobile devices and printers
- Apply strong understanding of Active Directory management principles
- Proficiency with Google Tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic Project Management capabilities
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Information Technology
- Minimum 4 years experience in desktop, end user, or technical support roles.
