Masters Draftsperson

Bluestone is partnered with an award winning developer/builder. This well known brand have had a strong track record delivering medium density, high-end townhouse developments and house + land projects.

Due to growth a position has become available for a draftsperson to join the product development team.

About The Role:

Working within the Masters team to ensure master drafting

documentation is accurate, consistent and meets building regulations and complies with company standards.

• Produce & check detailed architectural master & display plans
• Ensure that all master and sales documentation is released is in accordance with master drafting procedures and within agreed timeframes
  
  
  

The Successful Candidate:

• Proficient use of ArchiCAD software
• Experience working on residential new build projects
• Good verbal & written communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong level of time management & organisation
