Randstad is currently recruiting experienced Executive Assistants and Senior Administrators for a well known and reputable State Government department located within Adelaide's CBD.
Multiple positions are available for high profile projects, duration of assignment being 6 months with a high view for extension. Days of work will be Monday-Friday. Pay rates for these roles are between $43-46 per hour plus Super. If you have a background in: Executive Support Senior Administration or Office Management we would love to hear from you!

The Role
Executive Support and Senior Administration
Duties Include But Are Not Limited To
- Diary Management
- Travel bookings/car and accommodation bookings
- Credit card reconciliations
- Minute taking/action notes
- Agenda Preparation
- Drafting ministerial briefings
- Electronic filing
- Database management
- Ministerial briefings/drafting
- Managing the team shared email inbox, appointments and telephone enquiries.
- Coding invoices
- General administrative tasks
- Verifying documents
- High level Microsoft Office Suite Skills
- Strong alpha and numerical data entry skills
- Highly developed communication skills
- Professional phone manner
- Current Working with Children Check or able to obtain
- NPC
