We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is excited by the opportunity to shape the marketing function of a growing technology consultancy.

Role Overview

As the Senior Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for executing and coordinating key marketing activities across digital, event, and partnership channels. You’ll work closely with leadership, sales, and delivery teams to support brand visibility, content campaigns, event participation , and thought leadership efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Coordination: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including LinkedIn, newsletters, and website content updates.
  • Content Development: Work with internal subject matter experts and designers to create compelling marketing content such as blog posts, case studies, social media posts, and client success stories.
  • Event Marketing: Coordinate the logistics and promotion of key events, including partner roadshows, tech summits, and customer workshops.
  • Brand and Partner Alignment: Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and liaise with partners on co-branded initiatives.
  • Performance Tracking: Track key marketing metrics (traffic, engagement, leads) and prepare regular reports on campaign outcomes.
  • Marketing Operations: Maintain and update the content calendar, CRM/email marketing tools, and marketing collateral library.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing coordination or a related role, ideally in B2B tech or consulting
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Familiarity with digital tools (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Mailchimp, HubSpot or similar)
  • Experience coordinating corporate events or partner-led campaigns
  • A self-starter who enjoys working autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
