Description

The OCM Strategy must provide the ability to maintain effective end user engagement for the life of the systems capability (10 years).

Providing background support including:

• change planning;
• communication with key stakeholders and users; and
• engagement planning / scheduling to enable Commonwealth Personnel to execute the change plan.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of the implementation of OCM initiatives, analysing findings, and developing strategies to ensure ineffective implementation can be remediated and is effective.
• OCM experts with broad expertise in organisational systems, processes and design as well as stakeholder management are the target skill set for this work stream. They will focus on organisational performance, analysis and reporting.
