We’re recruiting a Master Data Specialist – Mechanical for a 12-month site-based contract focused on supporting fixed plant maintenance. This is a FIFO role from Perth on a 4/3 or 8/6 roster, working 12-hour shifts. You’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality SAP master data that supports effective shutdowns, routine maintenance, and planning accuracy.
If you’ve got strong mechanical knowledge and experience in SAP equipment, task lists, BOMs, and functional locations, this role offers the chance to work closely with engineering and planning teams to drive system reliability.

- Create, cleanse, and maintain SAP master data for fixed plant equipment
- Develop and review equipment records, task lists, and BOMs
- Ensure functional locations and hierarchies are aligned to site standards
- Support planners and maintenance engineers with data required for shutdowns and routine planning
- Liaise with OEMs and technical specialists to gather and verify data
- Conduct audits and continuous improvement of master data
- Strong mechanical background in fixed plant maintenance
- Proficiency in SAP PM – including equipment, task lists, BOMs, and FLs
- Prior experience in a master data or planning role
- Understanding of shutdown maintenance processes
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Must have the right to work in Australia
