Finance Officer - Accounts Receivable| FT/PT position available

Position Description
Reporting to the Credit Controller, the role will include but not be limited to:
- Manage a state ledger of national accounts
- Follow up outstanding debt
- Allocation and receipting of payments
- Set up of new accounts and customers, completion of credit checks
- Advanced account reconciliations
- Providing high level customer support to internal and external stakeholders using an established CRM system
The successful candidate will have proven Accounts Receivable and Credit experience, as well as the following attributes:
- Team Player
- 2+ years' experience in an AR role managing a national ledger
- Excellent phone manner with strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Detail orientated with a drive for results and ability to problem solve
- Computer literate with experience in key finance systems
- Friendly and outgoing with ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Focus on KPI's and collection targets
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Head Office based in Ballarat
- Key role within a pre-existing and supported AR team
- Job security in a permanent role
