- Manage programming, quality, budgets, and safety
- Mentor and guide a Contract Administrator
- Lead construction delivery alongside your Site Manager
- Maintain strong client and consultant relationships
- Report directly to the company Directors
- Oversee 1–2 projects at varying stages with internal support
- Use Procore, MS Project, and Muli (training provided)
You’re a commercially focused Project Manager with strong technical skills and a hands-on approach. You enjoy leading teams, building relationships, and taking ownership of your work.
You’ll bring
- 5+ years as a Project Manager in commercial construction
- Previous experience as a Contract Administrator (essential)
- Proven delivery of new builds or refurbishments $5M+
- Strong understanding of structural and civil works
- Ability to interpret technical drawings with confidence
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant qualifications in Construction, Building, or Engineering
- Commercial head contractor experience (not residential-only)
