About The Role

Due to continued team growth and success, an exciting opportunity has become available to join our Elastoplast Marketing team as a Junior Brand Manager. The role is suited to someone with an ambition to continue their career development in marketing, with a focus on leading and taking ownership of their portfolios, reaching new heights of success.

Reporting to the Group Brand Manager, this role will take the lead on both the Everyday Wound Care and Joint & Muscle portfolios.

The responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing & Implementing consumer focused marketing plans using sound consumer and marketing insights
  • Supporting senior managers in the development of long-term strategies
  • Providing recommendations using in-depth data & insights into your consumer and the current marketplace to implement global marketing strategies and plans
  • Collaborating with cross-functional departments for seamless execution of agreed plans to achieve maximum results
  • Track and monitor performance of brand and products within your portfolios (market share, product & category growth, brand health scores)
  • Localisation of all launches in ANZ within your defined categorie
  • Managing all marketing budgets and P&L

About You

  • Possess a tertiary qualification in Marketing or related field, showcasing a strong academic foundation.
  • Have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a brand marketing role, demonstrating a command of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills accompanied by meticulous attention to detail that can drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and initiative, ensuring you bring creative solutions to challenges encountered in the marketplace.
  • Showcase exceptional organizational and time management skills, with an emphasis on achieving results within established deadlines.
  • Possess excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, fostering effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
  • Bring a positive attitude and willingness to adapt to a collaborative team environment or independent settings.
