About The Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager NSW, the Business Manager / BMD will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives. This role is instrumental in driving proactive growth strategies, acquiring new clients, and enhancing current client relationships. You will work closely with management and the bid team to ensure the achievement of revenue goals and strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Identify business opportunities and engage key stakeholders to secure potential leads.
Develop, coordinate, and manage end-to-end bid processes including risk and opportunity assessments.
Collaborate with bid team members to deliver optimal bid solutions, structures, and contract models.
Maintain and manage a bid document library for future use.
Manage and deliver compelling sales presentations and participate in contract negotiations.
Oversee contract transitions and ensure all documentation is managed and stored appropriately.
Develop strategic relationships with clients and manage the company’s client listing.
Lead and coordinate the tender team including Bid Writers and Estimators
Produce reports and marketing material in line with parent company requirements.
Represent Securecorp at expos, trade shows, and industry events to support business growth.
Required Skills And Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales and Business Development in the security industry.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong background engaging with C-suite executives in large tier-one companies.
Proven record of achieving sales targets and securing new business opportunities.
Effective time management and project planning skills.
Analytical thinker with a detail-oriented and strategic approach.
Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude.
Desirable Attributes
2–3 years’ experience in a similar role in the security industry
Innovative and solution-focused mindset
Ability to work flexibly under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field (desirable but not essential)
