Job Description

Summary

As a Category Development Manager at KraftHeinz, you will support National Account Managers in developing and implementing collaborative business plans, drive the implementation of promotional claims processes for all MSOs, and leverage category data to drive sales growth through effective collaboration with category and marketing teams. You will also build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, working as a trusted partner to drive business success. This role will be a part time 3 day per week position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promotional Program Management  Load and maintain promotional programs in Demantra system for our retailers (Foodworks, Foodland, Drakes, Spar), ensuring alignment with business plans and collaborating with business managers and National Account Managers to reflect updates.
  • Rebate and Invoice Management  Process groups monthly rebate and promotional invoice payments in a timely manner, working closely with GBS, and manage customer queries.
  • Claim Deduction Offsetting  Assist with claim deduction offsetting for Metcash and our groups, including Strategic channels like Costco, Aldi, and Sigma.
  • Vendor and Customer Data Management  Create new vendors and maintain customer data updates.
  • Pricing Support  Assist with pricing checks and amendments for Drakes, Spar, and Metcash.
  • Collaboration and Analysis  Analyze data to identify opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results, streamlining processes through planning, organization, and automation.
  • Compliance and Governance  Adhere to Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies, programs, and goals.


About You

  • Previous experience in Account Management and Independents would be an advantage
  • Experience at customer level would be well regarded
