The Opportunity

Due to internal movement, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to take full ownership of financial operations across Australia and New Zealand. In this pivotal role, you will lead financial and statutory reporting, oversee month-end and year-end close processes, and ensure compliance with all tax and regulatory obligations, including BAS, GST, FBT, and corporate tax.

You will also manage external audits, strengthen internal controls, and act as a trusted partner to regional and operational leaders to support strategic decision making. Leading and mentoring a small, high performing finance team, you’ll champion a culture of continuous improvement, driving accuracy, efficiency, and innovation across all aspects of financial management.

You Will Bring

  • Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or Business, with CPA or CA accreditation
  • Demonstrated experience in a senior finance role with exposure to ANZ regulatory environments
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and analytical skills, with high attention to detail and integrity in financial data
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team while building strong internal stakeholder relationships
  • A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to streamline processes
  • High personal and professional standards, with a strong sense of accountability, ownership, and collaboration
