Position overview

The mission of Campus Environment Division is to "Enable academic excellence at ANU through integrated and innovative facilities and project delivery." The four key portfolios are Corporate and Client Services, Maintenance, Operations and Projects.

The Corporate and Client Services portfolio responsibilities include human resource, financial, business systems management, administrative and executive support services. The Portfolio also manages oversight of client services and key activities such as space management, parking on campus, commercial leasing administration, ANU Apartments, University Venues, and liaising with childcare providers on campus.

The Commercial Property Advisor sits within the Commercial Services team and plays a key role in delivering high-quality property management and commercial tenancy services. The position will coordinate and manage commercial lease administration, liaise with tenants, and provide high-level advice to stakeholders across the University. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and the development of commercial property systems and processes that support a world-class campus environment.
