What You’ll Do
As a key member of our Technical Support team, you will:

• Deliver general phone-based technical support for MHI air conditioning products across Australia.
• Provide spare parts advice and commissioning support to Service Agents via phone and email.
• Assist in analysing Warranty Claim Orders data and provide trade-related insights.
• Manage and process Warranty Claim Orders
• Assist with after sales technical training
• Support with component inspections, diagnostics, and returns.
• Carry out general administrative and office support duties as needed.

What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who is:

• A qualified refrigeration tradesperson (essential).
• Results-driven and self-motivated with a strong sense of integrity.
• Skilled in reporting and proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• An excellent communicator with strong organisational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
