Security Supervisor - Ranger Supervisor

We are seeking a Security Ranger Supervisor to join our team based in metropolitan Sydney.
This is a dynamic, customer-facing role where no two days are the same. You’ll be protecting people and places, delivering excellence in customer service, conducting patrols, and supporting public safety. You’ll also have the opportunity to work at exciting events and entertainment venues – offering the perfect mix of consistent, permanent work and variety.

Key Responsibilities
- Support, direct, and coordinate small to medium-sized teams, including during incidents and emergencies
- Prepare operational shift briefs and conduct pre-shift briefings
- Operate and monitor control room systems, including data entry and surveillance technology
- Deliver professional customer service and visitor engagement
- Conduct regular vehicle and foot patrols to protect physical assets
- Monitor and influence behaviour in public spaces
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure public safety
- Act as first responder to incidents and emergencies
- Complete accurate security reports and documentation
- Manage and monitor access control to facilities
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a security supervisory role
- Strong background in customer service
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- High standard of personal presentation
- Punctual, reliable, and professional
- Able to work on a rotating 24/7 roster
Required Certifications:
- NSW 1A Security Licence
- First Aid & CPR Certificate (current)
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Competency Card (current)
- Unrestricted NSW Driver’s Licence
Highly Regarded or Willing to Obtain:
- White Card
- Traffic Control and Traffic Management Plan (Implementer) Cards
- Fire Warden / Chief Warden certification
- SEINS training
- Working With Children Check
