We’re working with a leading financial services organisation on a major new platform transformation program and are seeking 8 x Product Analysts to support this critical initiative.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a large-scale program involving the replacement of a legacy Merchant Terminals platform, with multiple delivery squads working in unison across a high-impact transformation.
About the Project
This is a newly launched initiative focused on transitioning a core merchant platform to a next-gen solution. You’ll be joining one of four squads, each made up of experienced Product Owners, BAs, and engineers, and supported by two dedicated Product Analysts.
What You'll Be Doing
• Partnering closely with Product Owners to shape and maintain the squad’s roadmap and backlog
• Supporting platform migration activities and documenting any changes
• Updating training documentation and collateral
• Proactively identifying risks and raising them as needed
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders across squads and vendor teams
What We’re Looking For
• Ideally 3+ years in Product Analyst roles within in Financial Services
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience identifying and managing risks
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
• Exposure to banking and payments environments is highly desirable
• Bonus if you’ve worked with vendors or in product management
• Strong tech literacy and general understanding of project delivery frameworks
