Contract type: Contractor

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join a growing financial services organisation and take on a diverse portfolio of HR work. Based in the Brisbane CBD, you’ll support the business across a mix of HR projects, policy work, and day-to-day advisory, playing a key role in delivering strategic outcomes while remaining hands-on across multiple areas of the people function.
About The Role
This is a hands-on, strategic HR role for someone who enjoys variety, flexibility, and working across multiple areas of the business. The successful candidate will act as both a leader and a supportive presence, offering guidance on complex issues while helping to strengthen frameworks and team capability.
You’ll be expected to “float” across teams and projects, stepping in to support a wide range of HR matters, from enterprise agreement implementation to sensitive employee relations cases and assist with broader HR initiatives, policy updates, and team workshops. No two days will be the same, and your ability to adapt, switch gears, and pitch in where needed will be highly valued.
What You’ll Do
You're a flexible and seasoned HR professional who can quickly adapt to changing priorities and step in where needed. You bring a mix of strategic thinking and practical HR know-how, and you're energised by solving problems and having a varied workload.
