As the Third-Party Management Analyst, you will provide day-to-day support for managing Material Service Providers (MSPs) and key suppliers. Your focus will be on administration, reporting, and process coordination, ensuring governance, compliance, and performance tracking run smoothly across the bank. You will also work closely with contract owners across the bank, providing hands [1] on administrative support to help them manage supplier engagements effectively.

You’ll make an impact by:
- Support daily third-party operations, including contract and performance tracking
- Maintain vendor records, reporting, and compliance documentation
- Assist contract owners across the bank with administrative tasks related to vendor governance.
- Ensure processes align with APRA CPS 230 and Great Southern Bank’s policies.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- 1-3 years’ experience in administration, procurement, vendor management, or compliance
- Familiarity with contract management, risk, or regulatory requirements (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and experience with reporting and data management
- Business Degree or equivalent qualification
- Training in contract management, supplier governance, or financial services compliance
