Location: Brisbane – CBD or Springfield | Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 + super | Hybrid Working

About the Role
As a Claims Officer, you will manage a diverse portfolio that includes domestic and commercial products, property, liability, corporate, workers’ compensation, and life insurance claims. With a large portion of the portfolio focused on motor dealer claims, dealer claims experience is highly regarded.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and resolving claims from initiation through to settlement
- Handling a variety of claims types, including motor dealer, property, liability, and corporate claims
- Mentoring and guiding junior claims consultants, providing stability and guidance within the team
- Ensuring high standards of customer service and efficient claims resolution
- Fully paid gym membership, study assistance, travel insurance, and parental leave
- Flexible working environment (4 days in-office, 1-day remote post-probation)
- Two paid charity days per year
- Personal cyber insurance and optional half-day Fridays once a month
