The opportunity

Royal Freemasons is seeking two experienced and passionate Clinical Care Managers (CCMs) to join our dedicated team at Coppin Centre Residential Aged Care Facility in Melbourne.

As a Clinical Care Manager, you will lead and manage the clinical care operations of our facility. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standard of person-centred care is delivered, and you’ll work closely with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure all aspects of physical, emotional, and social wellbeing are addressed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly review individualised care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and family members.
  • Lead, support, and mentor a team of dedicated care staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compassionate, safe, and high-quality care is consistently delivered to all residents.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimise care outcomes.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Aged Care (desirable).
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a clinical leadership or management role.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and mentor a clinical team.
  • Proven track record in clinical excellence and quality improvement within aged care or healthcare.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • In-depth understanding of aged care regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices.

Other Requirements

It is a mandatory requirement when working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Clearance or National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Screening Clearance, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of this role.

All aged care workers are encouraged to be vaccinated against Covid-19 (3 vaccines) and are encouraged to receive the Flu-Vaccine, all successful applicants will be required to provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination prior to commencement.
