The Opportunity:

Our Clients Markets & Growth (CMG) team have an opportunity available for a Senior Strategic Account Manager to join us in Sydney on a full-time permanent basis.

Our CMG team are located in major cities across EMEA, Asia Pacific and the US and are responsible for executing the firm's strategy and driving profitable growth, with a specific focus on our chosen industries, markets and clients. CMG focus on industry solutions and client experience, driving campaigns, leveraging client insights, and managing strategic initiatives to service our client's needs. As a global team, CMG work collaboratively to bring a comprehensive "whole of firm" approach to our clients.

Joining as the Senior Strategic Account Manager you'll focus on driving growth for up to four priority clients and will work closely with the relevant Client Relationship Partners and Client Support Team. There are six core areas of focus for this role;

  • Market and Industry Insights
  • Internal Coordination and Resource Management

We are interested in hearing from people who have:

  • Extensive previous experience in strategic client account management or similar relevant experience, gained within law or another professional services environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple clients with proven results in developing strong client relationships and driving opportunities that directly contribute to revenue.
  • Previous experience in a client facing capacity, including client listening experience.
  • Ability to influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation (including partners) with strong executive presence.
  • Inherent drive to succeed, and proven ability to develop and execute solutions to short term barriers and setbacks.
