About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Content Specialist to join a dynamic team. In this role you will be instrumental in crafting, publishing, and managing top-notch content for our customer-facing channels, including websites and email communications. You will have experience collaborating with UX, product and technical teams to co-design usable and functional content, and you will champion our brand's tone of voice, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and consistency across all content. By leveraging data, insights and SEO best practices, you will optimise content to enhance discoverability and engagement, contributing to our organisational goals.

Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to align content strategies and oversee email deployments, ensuring seamless communication with our audience.

About You:

  • Experience working with UX designers, product teams and developers to co-design content that supports the user journey.
  • Proven experience in content management systems and publishing web content.
  • Familiar with web accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG) to ensure inclusive content.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for tone of voice and editorial consistency.
  • Experience in leveraging data and insights to refine content strategies and enhance user experience.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience in content design, writing, or creation, preferably in a digital environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field.
