You will:
- Develop and execute the ANZ sales strategy for our Point of Care portfolio
- Lead, inspire and grow a high-performing sales and clinical applications team
- Build and nurture strong, strategic relationships with key business partners and customers
- Identify growth opportunities across the healthcare sector and develop targeted market plans
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction
- Take ownership of revenue targets, pipeline management, and team performance
- Represent the voice of the customer and deliver solutions that make a difference in frontline healthcare
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in healthcare or medical diagnostics
- Strong commercial acumen and business operations capability
- Demonstrated success in building and leading cross-functional teams
- A results-driven approach with a focus on execution, accountability, and team culture
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with clinical or technical products, ideally in Point of Care or related health technologies
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, science, healthcare, or a related field
- Eligibility to work in Australia and New Zealand
