The Senior Manager, Strategic Planning will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, Telix International, providing leadership in strategic planning, cross-regional product opportunities, and market access initiatives. This role is pivotal to Telix’s growth, with a primary focus on supporting Market Access and Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) activities in APAC. The role also includes contributing to the company’s budgeting and strategic planning processes and driving the evaluation of new product opportunities across the region.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in APAC market dynamics, including price and reimbursement strategies, and possess a collaborative mindset to drive organizational success.

The role also includes contributing to the company’s budgeting and strategic planning processes and driving the evaluation of new product opportunities across the region.

Key Accountabilities
Cross-Regional Leadership for New Product Opportunities (30%)
- Identify and evaluate new product opportunities within and across APAC markets.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Commercial, and Operations) to assess product feasibility, market demand, and strategic fit.
- Lead initiatives to align product launches and commercialization strategies with Telix’s global objectives.
- Develop and implement pricing and reimbursement strategies tailored to APAC markets.
- Engage with healthcare authorities, payers, and stakeholders to secure favorable pricing and market access for Telix products.
- Provide leadership in Health Economics and Outcomes Research, including economic modeling and real-world evidence generation to support product value propositions.
- Stay informed on regulatory, economic, and payer trends in the region to anticipate challenges and identify opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams to address market-specific access barriers and optimize reimbursement pathways..
- Collaborate directly with the CEO, Telix International, on annual budgeting and strategic planning processes.
- Provide data-driven insights and analyses to support organizational decision-making.
- Develop comprehensive reports and presentations for the executive team and board, ensuring alignment with Telix’s global strategic objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in market access, HEOR, or strategic planning within the biopharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in APAC market access, including price and reimbursement strategy development.
- Experience working with executive leadership to shape and execute corporate strategies.
- Deep understanding of regional pricing and reimbursement systems and regulatory environments.
- Strong capabilities in economic modeling and real-world evidence utilization.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage complex cross-regional projects and align stakeholders across diverse markets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in preparing high-impact presentations.
