About the role:

A newly created opportunity has become available in our Commercial team for a Revenue Growth Manager. This role is perfect for someone who brings a sharp analytical mindset, a commercial lens, and a passion for turning data into growth opportunities.

You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Category teams to develop pricing strategies, evaluate promotional effectiveness, and identify value-driving opportunities that support our long-term strategy.

This role is a unique chance to make your mark — helping Lindt continue to grow in a fast-moving, premium FMCG environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and support the execution of pricing, pack and promotional strategies across key categories and channels
  • Turn complex data into compelling insights that unlock growth and inform decision-making
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure revenue strategies are aligned and actionable
  • Lead analytical deep-dives and reporting to evaluate performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Champion commercial thinking and support capability-building across the broader team

What you’ll bring:

Experience in Revenue Growth Management, pricing strategy, or commercial analytics within FMCG or a similar industry

  • Advanced Excel skills and a love for turning numbers into clear recommendations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to connect data with business outcomes
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills — you’re confident engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • A collaborative mindset and a proactive, energetic approach
