Are you a creative-minded recruiter with a passion for design, digital, and storytelling talent? We’re seeking a Creative Recruitment Consultant to lead end-to-end hiring for a high-profile portfolio within a fast-paced, globally recognised organisation.
In this role, your focus will be on sourcing and placing exceptional creative professionals – across design, UX, content, strategy, and production – while also supporting technical hiring needs in areas such as development and data.
This is a standalone portfolio where you’ll play a trusted role in shaping hiring outcomes, working directly with senior stakeholders and navigating a range of business priorities.
We’re looking for someone with creative agency or studio recruitment experience, who thrives in a dynamic environment and knows how to engage top-tier talent in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of creative roles – including Designers, Art Directors, Copywriters, UX/UI, Strategists, and Producers.
- Support technical hiring needs when required (e.g. Developers, Data/AI roles)
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand evolving business needs and role requirements.
- Tap into your own network and develop sourcing strategies tailored to hard-to-find creative talent.
- Present high-quality shortlists and provide a seamless experience to both candidates and hiring teams.
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Ensure data accuracy and process compliance across recruitment systems and documentation.
- 3–5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally with a strong background in creative, digital, or marketing roles
- Previous experience recruiting within creative agencies, design studios, or in-house digital teams.
- Comfort working across both creative and technical role types.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – able to influence and adapt under pressure.
- A highly organised, self-sufficient approach with the ability to work independently.
- Strong sourcing skills and a proactive mindset.
