Senior Proposals Specialist

Our team is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Senior Proposals Specialist to join our team in our Brisbane office.

About The Role

• Coordinates the successful development of compliant, competitive, and compelling proposals, RFIs, pre-qualifications, and EOIs
• Leads collaboration across teams that include internal staff, other business lines and or outside partners/suppliers.
• Assists with kick-off, win planning, proposal technical review and other meetings as necessary.
• Works with the technical team to identify response requirements and develop a realistic approach and schedule for proposal responses.
• Collects company data or conducts internal/external research as appropriate for opportunity response documents, strategy development, and/or for support of pursuit efforts.
• Conducts client, competitor and market research, as required in support of client and/or opportunity strategy development and provides corresponding analysis.
• Conducts proposal debriefs with clients, partners and staff as necessary, collating and distributing lessons learned, and application of learnings to future proposals.
• Organizes and participates in response-related meetings (internal and/or client), as appropriate.
• Proofs and edits technical and non-technical documents for consistency.
  
  

About You

• 7+ years experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder bids.
• Proven experience in bids/proposal coordination within in engineering, technical services, or infrastructure sectors highly regarded
• Ability to interpret and align technical proposal content to tailor solutions to the client’s requirement
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar highly regarded
• Exceptional writing and editing skills
• Collaborative & team orientated with an interest in mentorship
