Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Data Program Manager to lead complex, multi-technology data initiatives within our AI & data delivery practice. This role is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of enterprise data programs, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment between client objectives and technical execution. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic thinking, technical fluency, and client-facing leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of large-scale data programs including data platform modernization, architecture simplification and analytics transformation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executive and senior client stakeholders, building strong, trust-based relationships and understanding their evolving business needs.
• Oversee the successful execution of data programs, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead or support the development of proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and executive presentations tailored to client needs.
• Develop and execute a strategic account plan to expand the consulting footprint, increase revenue, and deepen client engagement. Identify and pursue new opportunities within the client organization, including upselling and cross-selling data services, solutions, and capabilities.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program or portfolio management, with at least 5 years in data or analytics-focused roles. Proven understanding of data, analytics and AI domains. Experience in Financial Services preferred.
• Proven experience delivering agile data programs in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Proven track record of growing revenue and expanding services within a strategic client account.
• Strong understanding of data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), data engineering, and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, SAS, Databricks).
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar programs or portfolios.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
