About the Role:

As the National Equine Account Manager, you will be the driving force behind our equine division—leading strategy, partnerships, and performance across Australia. You’ll work closely with internal teams, industry stakeholders, and clients to deliver exceptional value and elevate our brand as a market leader. This position can be based anywhere on the East Coast of Australia with easy access to a major airport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute national business strategies for the equine sector

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with breeders, trainers, veterinarians, and industry bodies

  • Lead high-performing initiatives across sales teams, marketing, and operations

  • Identify market trends and opportunities for innovation and growth

  • Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting

  • Represent the company at key industry events and forums

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in business management, preferably within the equine, veterinary, or agribusiness sectors

  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking

  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Deep understanding of the equine industry and its unique challenges

  • Willingness to travel nationally and engage with clients on the ground
