The role

The Regional Sales Manager - Gynaecology Is To Actively Manage a Team Of Product Specialists To Drive The Achievement And Execution Of Endotherapeutics Financial And Strategic Goals. This Requires

  • Detailed knowledge of the therapeutic area of the business unit
  • Ability to set and achieve financial targets
  • Ability to create a business plan to achieve these goals
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales and clinical experts

Duties And Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to:

  • Lead and manage a team of Product Specialists to achieve sales budgets and goals
  • Create sales plans in line with Business Unit and Company goals, in conjunction with the Business Manager
  • Develop a comprehensive Financial Year business plan which sets out key objectives and sales strategies that will facilitate the achievement of the national sales budget
  • Report to management on the teams' performance and execution of FY business plan
  • Create and execute business plans for the launch of new Agencies/Products
  • Assist with prospecting and assessment of new products and technologies
  • Travel interstate and locally to support a team of Product Specialists to develop and execute their territory sales plan successfully
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders
  • Engage with KOL’s Australia-wide to generate advocacy for Endotherapeutics’ portfolio of products
  • Provide comprehensive reports on the performance, competition and market for Endotherapeutics’ products in Australia
  • Coordinate training support for Endotherapeutics’ team of Product Specialists (if relevant) on core product lines, and create a training plan which ensures Endotherapeutics minimum standards of Product and clinical knowledge are met and exceeded.
  • Assist Product Managers and Product Specialists in creating an appropriate clinical education program to ensure Product Specialists meet clinical and product knowledge requirements.
  • Execute Endotherapeutics' HR processes and performance management
  • Any other duties and tasks as required at discretion of senior management

About You

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in an equivalent sales management position
  • Education: Tertiary qualifications
  • Post Graduate Tertiary Qualifications are highly valued but not required
  • Ability to develop a supportive and engaged team environment
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team to meet company wide sales budgets and strategic objectives
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and support growth of your team
  • Product and clinical expertise in core product portfolio
  • Ability to develop and foster relationships with KOL’s in core therapeutic areas Australia-wide
  • Ability to critically and quantitatively analyse territory and product performance
  • Demonstrated competence in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Salesforce and BI tools to analyse sales data and create reports to show product portfolio performance and highlight challenge area
  • Great Organizational and Time management skills
  • Capacity to prioritize and delegate tasks
  • Flexibility and adaptability to the changing priorities and work demands or a rapidly growing business
  • Minimum 5 Days Interstate travel per month and overseas travel as required
