As the General Manager, you will oversee the day-today operational performance of our asset, 567 Collins Street. You will lead and coach the team to build Investa’s reputation in terms of sustainability, performance and customer service. You will liaise with the Development team to offer guidance on Property/Facilities Management matters to ensure the development is delivered to meet the highest operational expectations.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of high-quality, customer-centric services to enhance financial performance across the portfolio.
  • Drive tenant retention through the development and execution of targeted leasing and engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with Asset Managers to implement and refine Strategic Asset Plans (SAP), with a focus on leasing and Capex assumptions.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring achievement of KPIs and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Drive capability development through effective performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee day-to-day operational performance of all assets within the portfolio.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal risk management frameworks.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders including tenants, funds teams, leasing agents, valuers, and service providers.
  • Oversee the financial performance of assets, ensuring NOI, Capex and leasing outcomes are met or exceeded.
  • Provide leasing recommendations, financial models, and performance data to support asset-level decision-making.
  • Manage asset transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, in collaboration with the Capital Transactions team.

What You Bring

  • Degree in property or a related discipline
  • 7-10 years’ experience within the property industry
  • Proven experience in commercial Property or asset Management
  • Demonstrated leadership capability, including coaching, mentoring, and team development.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing property P&L.
  • Sound knowledge of legislative and compliance requirements within property operations.
