  • Design and implement process control strategies for modifications and expansions.
  • Plan and execute specifications and architecture for control systems.
  • Conduct system simulations and facilitate operator training sessions.
  • Promote adherence to engineering review processes and established standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance.


  • Responsibilities: As a Manufacturing Engineering Practitioner, you will be responsible for defining processes to fabricate, assemble, inspect, and test new products and machines based on production engineering and design principles. You will define the supporting tools and fixtures needed for production, develop procedures, product specifications, and define the quality standards and inspection methods. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Control System is required. Advanced proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Manufacturing Operations, Fault Analysis, System Designs, and Test Automation is suggested. Innovate and implement new manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and product quality. Conduct regular assessments of production systems to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Lead training sessions to share knowledge and best practices with team members. Utilize data analysis to drive decision-making and optimize manufacturing operations

    System Design and Upgrades: Support PLC and SCADA upgrades, including designing and implementing new systems to enhance operational efficiency.

    Automation and Instrumentation: Support manage and troubleshoot automation and instrumentation systems. Ensuring systems are operating at optimal levels.

    Commissioning and Fault Diagnosis: Support commissioning of new systems and conduct fault diagnosis to swiftly resolve any issues, minimizing downtime and operational disruption.

    Documentation: Produce high-quality technical documentation, including system design specifications, operational procedures, and maintenance manuals.

    Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

    Compliance and Safety: Ensure all systems comply with functional safety standards and contribute to safety audits and assessments. TUV Certification is highly regarded.

    Client & Project: We are seeking a new talent to join the Engineering & Networks team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a client engaged in the exploration, production, and processing of natural resources, including minerals and energy products.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant related skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
