About The Role

As Chief Delivery Officer, you will play a critical role on the executive leadership team, overseeing the successful delivery of services to clients across an international footprint. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, process efficiency, and team capability, you’ll lead a high-performing delivery function and ensure the organisation continues to meet its service commitments while scaling with confidence.

This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role — ideal for a seasoned operator who thrives in high-growth environments and knows how to align delivery execution with commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead national service delivery operations to ensure high-quality, timely outcomes for clients
  • Oversee implementation, support, onboarding, and customer success teams to drive commercial outcomes
  • Establish frameworks for scalable delivery processes, systems, and reporting
  • Work closely with peers across commercial, product, and technology functions
  • Embed a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Build operational capability through leadership, training, and systems optimisation
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements
  • Present delivery performance and insights to senior executives


About You

  • Proven senior leadership experience in service delivery, project delivery, technical implementations and operations
  • Track record of delivering complex implementations in dynamic, high-growth organisations from SMB to enterprise
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance operational rigour with agility
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills and experience managing global teams and services
  • Experience working in regulated, customer-critical industries is highly regarded
  • Deep understanding of project management methodologies and software implementation lifecycles
  • Empathetic, decisive, and values-led leadership style
  • A background in SaaS, ERP or tech vendor environment is crucial
