Key Responsibilities
- Lead national service delivery operations to ensure high-quality, timely outcomes for clients
- Oversee implementation, support, onboarding, and customer success teams to drive commercial outcomes
- Establish frameworks for scalable delivery processes, systems, and reporting
- Work closely with peers across commercial, product, and technology functions
- Embed a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Build operational capability through leadership, training, and systems optimisation
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements
- Present delivery performance and insights to senior executives
- Proven senior leadership experience in service delivery, project delivery, technical implementations and operations
- Track record of delivering complex implementations in dynamic, high-growth organisations from SMB to enterprise
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance operational rigour with agility
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills and experience managing global teams and services
- Experience working in regulated, customer-critical industries is highly regarded
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies and software implementation lifecycles
- Empathetic, decisive, and values-led leadership style
- A background in SaaS, ERP or tech vendor environment is crucial
