Position Description

Reporting to the AP/AR Manager and working within a supportive team environment, you will be responsible for:

• High volume processing of invoices daily
• Ensuring timely payment of supplier invoices through the payment runs
• Managing foreign exchange payments and contracts
• Handling international transactions
• Reconciliations
• Resolve invoice discrepancies
• Handling queries with both internal and external stakeholders
• Setting up new vendors and suppliers
• Ad hoc tasks to assist the broader finance team as required
  
  

Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Payable role, along with the following attributes:

• Ability to multi task with excellent time management and organisational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Desire to hit the ground running with a positive attitude
• Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
• Prior experience using Pronto or a similar large ERP system is highly advantageous
