Senior Project Manager – Insurance Product Delivery

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager with deep insurance expertise to drive the successful implementation of new insurance products and solutions. You’ll be the engine behind one of the organisation’s most high-impact initiatives, working closely with the project sponsor and project team to build scalable, future-ready insurance solutions including product and platform.

This is a hands-on delivery role suited to someone with proven experience in managing insurance product launch and system transformations and the confidence to manage executive stakeholders, technical teams, and large-scale delivery programs.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong insurance industry experience (essential) ideally in delivering end-to-end insurance solutions and systems
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple-system builds and enterprise-wide delivery
• Ability to manage budgets, lead delivery teams, and track key metrics for success
• Skilled in risk mitigation, problem-solving, and influencing across business levels
• Knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and software delivery best practices
• Experienced with Jira, Confluence, and full SDLC documentation
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to brief executive teams and boards
