Summary
Define and execute long term OTR sales strategies to reach volumes and gross profit targets in the Replacement channel for the defined region. Drive sales growth through the creation and coordination of the sales strategy. Challenge the sales strategy with sales managers and implement changes as needed to growth revenue. Look for niche markets and develop separate strategies for these markets. Work with Marketing and Supply Chain to ensure ‘correct ‘go to market’ and stock holding is in line with the strategies in place.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Develops sales strategy for the REP book of business that ensures attainment of company sales target and profitability
- Implement sales strategies and work to achieve sales targets through all channels
- Increase the company revenue through sell-in transactions while establishing a strong
- relationship with key stakeholders
- Managing & lead the Sales team to hit assigned target on the yearly basis
- Be aware of the latest marketing information update: industry, customer, and competitor Analysis
- Engagement in industry trade associations
- Ensure on time of the delivery and make the good forecast
- Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty with customers
- Control expenses to meet budget guidelines
- Direct, Assist, and/or collaborate with all marketing activities
- Sales revenue growth
- EBIT and ROS
- Gross Profit
- Share of Wallet growth within existing customer base
- Degree or above of bachelor’s degree major in mechanical engineering or business management
- Fluent in English both in writing and speaking
- Ability to present professionally in front of large audiences
- Highly proficient in MS Office, specifically Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams
- Good communication skills, energetic, optimistic and could work well in high pressure, result oriented
- 10+ years of solid experience in the industrial/construction/OTR/automotive markets and/or tire business; including 3 years in a senior management management/leadership role
- Good knowledge and awareness of the OTR business
- Ability to travel 70%+ of the time
- Fluent in English
