The opportunity
Delaware North Australia is hiring Food and Beverage Team Leaders to join the team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin. As a Food and Beverage Team Leader, you will drive superior customer service and motivate our team members specifically within our Banquets operations. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining high standards and ensuring a great guest experience at each event.

What will you do?
- Lead the team by example with a hands-on approach
- Oversee day-to-day management of functions and events
- Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are upheld for food and beverage operations
- Train and develop team members to ensure continuous improvement and exceptional guest service
- Monitor weekly inventory as well as assist with monthly stock-take
- Demonstrated experience in managing a team, preferably in hospitality
- Highly skilled in banquets/events style food & beverage service
- Extensive understanding of liquor, OH&S, and service protocols
- Experience with HACCP requirements
- RSA & RSG certificates
