Delaware North Australia is now seeking a detail-oriented and ethical Surveillance Operator to join our team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin. As a Surveillance Operator, your responsibility is to help ensure the safety of our guests and staff, protect our assets, and uphold the integrity of our operations.

What will you do?
- Monitor gaming, non-gaming, and cash-handling areas for compliance with legislation, internal policies and procedures
- Operate and monitor CCTV and surveillance systems, reporting any technical issues promptly
- Accurately document incidents, observations, and reviews using computerised log systems
- Maintain strong knowledge of casino games, internal policies, and gaming regulations
- Support the Security Control Room as a backup Controller when required
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
- Investigate suspicious activity and ensure reports are thorough and accurate
- Experience with surveillance systems and a good understanding of casino operations preferred
- Strong attention to detail and report-writing skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound judgments
- High ethical standards and discretion in handling sensitive information
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekends
- Ability to obtain and maintain a NT Casino Operative License
