Project Management
- Supporting Senior Project Managers with project management activities, including end-to-end delivery.
- Monitoring, tracking, and reporting on the status of project deliverables to ensure time, cost, and quality metrics are met.
- Managing and monitoring project risks, actions, issues, dependencies, and decisions in partnership with Senior Project Managers and working group members.
- Raising risks and issues and developing mitigation strategies as required.
- Developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules in partnership with Senior Project Managers.
- Escalating project deviations to Senior Project Managers in line with tolerance thresholds.
- Assisting with managing project requirements throughout the entire design, delivery, and operational lifecycle.
- Supporting the preparation of program and project status reports, as well as responding to ad hoc reporting requests.
- Providing technical and policy advice on complex problems related to project requirements and program delivery.
- Engaging with key stakeholders to ensure business needs and functional requirements are well defined and aligned with program objectives.
- Assisting with the design and development of learning resources to support knowledge transfer, capability building, and behavioural change.
- Supporting change management initiatives by developing training materials and resources tailored to stakeholder needs.
- Contributing to stakeholder engagement strategies to facilitate knowledge-sharing and promote the adoption of program outcomes.
