We are seeking someone with a passion for technology and training, no experience necessary, just a can-do attitude. This role will involve training teams on new systems, supporting the ongoing use and adoption of these systems, supporting the development and sending of key communications and capturing and analysing data to track the effectiveness of change initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent people and communication skills and the ability to learn new technologies to support people using a new system

Key Responsibilities

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES TECHNOLOGY AND SYSTEMS ADOPTION:

  • Work closely with stakeholders and project team to learn and become proficient in new systems, software, or tools being introduced.
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues related to the new technology, coordinating with IT / Project support where necessary.
  • Identify barriers to adoption or usage of technology and collaborate with stakeholders and Change Manager to resolve issues.
  • Monitor system usage and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement and adoption.

TRAINING & SUPPORT:

  • Support the design, development, and delivery of engaging training sessions for end-users on new technologies and systems.
  • Provide hands-on support to users during system rollouts and ongoing usage to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Create user-friendly documentation, training materials, and FAQs to assist users in understanding and navigating new systems.  Offer one-on-one and group support for users experiencing challenges with technology or process changes.
  • Identify trends and patterns in the data that could inform adjustments to change strategies or interventions.

STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT:

  • Collaborate with change lead, business leaders, department heads, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational goals and change objectives.
  • Provide guidance and regular updates to change lead and stakeholders on the progress of change efforts, including feedback from end-users.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively across teams to ensure a smooth implementation process.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Technical Skills: Good understanding of the Office 365 Suite of tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).
  • Training & Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the desire to learn to present complex information in an accessible and engaging way.
  • Technology Proficiency: Comfortable learning and using new technologies and systems.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges in system adoption and behaviour change, and to develop creative solutions.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and work streams simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
