We’re on the lookout for a Relationship Manager to join our high-performing team and help us nurture and retain strong partnerships with our valued schools across Queensland.
As a Relationship Manager, you'll be the face of Camp Australia to our partner schools, responsible for building long-term, trust-based relationships that ensure exceptional service delivery, contract retention and sustainable growth. Partnering closely with Service Delivery, Sales and Finance teams, you’ll take the lead in delivering tailored solutions that meet schools’ needs and drive commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive proactive relationship management and ensure 100% call/meeting compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless contract renewals and customer satisfaction.
- Respond to queries, negotiate contracts, and communicate fee reviews with professionalism and clarity.
- Lead exciting community events and initiatives to promote engagement
- Monitor financial metrics, review fee structures, and identify opportunities for service expansion.
- Champion customer retention in a competitive, regulated environment.
About You
You’re a confident communicator, highly organised, and passionate about delivering exceptional service. You bring:
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B account management or a similar client-facing role, ideally within the childcare or education sector.
- Proven success in customer retention and stakeholder management.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of account performance metrics.
- Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
